Soroptimist Food & Fun Fiesta 2016

AN INVITE

Soroptimist International Region of Malaysia (SIROM) consists of 14 Clubs. Over the years we have raised funds for various charities and service projects through our fundraising events and have helped orphanages, schools, welfare and old folks’ homes, single mothers and children from less fortunate families. This year, all 14 Soroptimist Clubs in Malaysia are getting together to organise a two-day “Soroptimist Food & Fun Fiesta” for family & friends, whilst raising as much funds as possible, to empower and educate women and girls throughout Malaysia.

We are pleased to invite you to be part of this wonderful fun weekend for everyone. Come and enjoy shopping at the fantastic stalls, tasting the delicious food and taking part in the fabulous competitions. There will be a children’s fancy dress competition (20 November 11am-1pm), an Air Guitar Rockstar competition (20 November 5-6.30pm), tarot card reading, face painting among others. There will also be raffle draws with awesome prizes, with the top prize being a superb piece of jewelry, worth RM15,500 and generously sponsored by Amee Philips!

We will have over 100 stalls selling various products, food trucks, game activities for children and adults, live entertainment and contests which will take place on both days of the Fiesta. This event will be prominently advertised throughout Malaysia via all available media.

PUBLIC:

Purchases will be via coupons. You can buy the coupons in advance from any of our clubs or at the Soroptimist Registration Desk, on both days at the Fiesta. Raffle tickets @RM10 per ticket will be sold in booklets of 5 tickets @RM50/booklet.

VENDORS:

NOTE: The earlier you sign-up and pay, the better your table location. Admission is free to the general public.

1. Participation Fee: RM500/two days – Table 3’x6’, tablecloth, 2 chairs & 2 name tags for identification as a vendor.
2. Pre-sale of Coupon Booklets : Sales at Fiesta will be transacted by means of Coupons which will be pre-sold to the public in booklets of RM50 and RM100 from 15 August 2016.
3. Coupon booklets will also be available for sale at the Soroptimist Registration Desk, on both days at the Fiesta.
4. Vendors to each donate a gift from their table worth RM100 and above, for the raffle draw.
5. Raffle tickets @RM10 per ticket will be sold in booklets of 5 tickets @RM50/booklet.
